  1. Full rip out back to brick / stud
  2. All old pipework cut out and renewed
  3. Fully boarded and new prowarm floor panels laid prior to tiling
  4. New pvc white gloss ceiling
  5. Centre light removed and replaced with 3 new spots
  6. 3 large shelves built with LED strip lights underneath on a sensor-controlled timer
  7. 1550 x 750 freestanding bath with brushed brass waste and overflow with a freestanding tap along with a handset
  8. Fitted furniture in indigo blue with brass tap handles, waste and flush
  9. Gloss white worktop to contrast with 60×60 Atlas Concorde Marvel Shine Calcatta Prestigio marble tiles with semi recessed basin
  10. 1000mm x 600mm brushed brass mirror to fit the space
  11. 1200mm x 500mm towel rail – easy accessible
  12. All edges / windows finished in high quality brushed brass tile trim
  13. Full rip out back to brick
  14. New pipework installed and old taken out
  15. Fully tiled in white and gold marble tile on wall and dust grey Calcatta marble tile on floor. Both 60 x 60. Silver grey grout for wall tiles and cement grey for floor tiles.
  16. 1400mm x 700mm shower tray with tile surround
  17. Black shower screen to match taps and shower
  18. Black Trafalgar shower
  19. 1100mm fitted units in Dust Grey with Grundfos macerator to suit toilet and wastes
  20. 600 basin with black waste and Trafalgar taps
  21. 600 hanging round black-framed mirror above basin with anti fog demister with black side lights
